Refund policy

At COZY PLACE, your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product does not match the description

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at MPries86@hotmail.com.

5. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Personal care items

  • Used products

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
